         Minutes of Board of Director’s Meeting
                    April 19, 2015
        Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister Duplicate Bridge Club
                           Unit 524



Present, President Jonna Robinson, Vice-President Kenneth Johnson, Treasurer Vincent McLoughlin, Secretary Dian Wood Picone. 

I.   Minutes of the prior meeting approved.

II.  Treasurer’s report
    The Unit has a balance of  $18,082  in the treasury.  Treasurer’s report approved.

III. Old Business
   a)  Discussion with Win and Patty Stone regarding the status of the Monday and Thursday games. Participation in both games is in decline and proposals for improving were discussed at length.  Decision deferred at this time.
   b)  Board decided to announce naming the Sectional’s Sunday Swiss Teams game the  “Ron Dragt Swiss Teams” in honor of Ron.
   c)  Win Stone  is aware of the incident that occurred at the Thursday game and, as Director, plans to enforce Zero Tolerance policy.

IV.  New Business
 a)   The Board needs a list of the duties that Ron Dragt was performing and that are to be transferred to Ken Johnson and Win Stone.  


 Next meeting is May 3, 2015 at 11:30AM.
