Minutes of Special Board of Director’s Meeting
                    April 23, 2015
        Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister Duplicate Bridge Club
                           Unit 524

Present, President Jonna Robinson, Vice-President Kenneth Johnson, Treasurer Vincent McLoughlin, Secretary Dian Wood Picone. 

I.    Continued discussion regarding the transfer of Monday and Thursday games to Win and Patty Stone.  It was suggested that:  1)  The Unit will continue ownership of the monthly Unit game and the Sectional  2)  The Unit will continue to own the game equipment:  computers, dealing machine and boards.  3)  Once the Stones take over the Monday and Thursday games, said equipment will be made available to them for their games.  4) The Stones have no claim on the balance in the Unit Treasury.

II.    Diana Dragt and Win and Patty Stone have been invited to attend the May 3rd Board meeting.       

III.   It was suggested that the Board members discuss the pending transfer of the games to the Stones with pivotal members to gauge the pros and cons.

IV.  Next meeting is May 3, 2015 at 11:30.

Addendum to the Minutes of the Special board of Directors Meeting
    April 23, 2015
    Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister Duplicate Bridge Club
Unit 524 


   On the request of the VP and Treasurer, it was decided to extend the invitation to attend the May 3rd Board Meeting to Diana Dragt alone and to have a subsequent meeting another day with the Stones, Diana Dragt and pivotal members to discuss the pros and cons of the proposed transfer.

Next Meeting is May 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
